Nicole has a strong and diverse litigation background, with a focus on complex civil litigation and general commercial litigation. She has represented Fortune 500 companies, Am Law 100 firms, and individuals in the insurance, automobile, aviation, entertainment, hospitality, restaurant, and construction industries.

Nicole gained significant litigation experience early in her career, allowing her to contribute to the success of Victor Rane beyond her years. By her second year of practice, she first-chaired the defense of a Florida corporation against a breach of contract claim, handling every aspect of the case and winning the trial on a motion to strike the evidence.

Nicole twice interned with the Federal Aviation Administration at its Air Traffic Control System Command Center and its Washington, DC headquarters, respectively. During that time, she worked on updating the Standard Operating Procedures Guide and Progressive Program Management Learning System. Nicole also assisted in developing the Equal Employment Opportunity Training for federal employees and contractors. 

She is an active member of the Honorable Benjamin Aranda III Inn of Court, an organization of legal professionals.

Nicole graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law, magna cum laude. While in law school Nicole participated in many external competitions, including the University of Texas at Austin’s Judge John R. Brown Admiralty Moot Court Competition, where she took home the titles of National Champion, Maritime Law Association of the U.S. Award for Best Brief, and Best Oral Advocate of the Championship Round. She also served on the Richmond Journal of Law and Technology, Honor Counsel, and Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Commerce and her Bachelor of Arts in German Language & Literature, with distinction, from the University of Virginia.

Nicole is licensed to practice law in California, Virginia, and Washington D.C.

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
