Karen is an Associate Attorney in Victor Rane’s Los Angeles office.  She provides legal counsel to the firm’s diverse clients in aviation, employment and corporate matters. Karen’s litigation experience includes pre-trial and alternative dispute resolution, all forms of discovery, law and motion practice, and jury trial experience.  She routinely represents mid-size and large corporations in complex matters in state and federal court. Karen also has extensive experience counseling business owners on operating strategies to minimize the risks associated with operating a business in California.

Karen graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a minor in Marketing. She earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School. Karen is licensed to practice law in California. In her free time, Karen enjoys traveling, exercising, and spending time with her family and friends.
